       1.  BE SOCIAL

You should always be in contact with your loved ones,talk with your family, friends try to be open. Don’t Locked Up your emotions in your heart.

 

2.A GOOD SLEEP

This is very important to keep both mental and physical fitness.Sleep for at least 6 to 8 hours per day and wake up fresh.

 

3.TRAVELING

Don’t be a introvert.Get exposed to the world.Visit the places you have never been before.Talk to complete strangers.Try new things.Collect new experiences and unleash all your tension.

 

4.BE PUNCTUAL

Time management is a major element to make a proper lifestyle.Be at time.Practise to work in a schedule.This will give you the discipline that you need in your life.

 

5.SAY NO TO TOO MUCH

Stop thinking whatever you want. You don’t have to calculate how long it will take to end the road trip you are on.Just put some boundaries to your thoughts and throw all the useless stuff out of your mind.Try to control your emotions.

 

6.GOOD MUSIC AND MEDITATION

If you are stressed out just put your earphones in and listen to some music and swing your sad mood to happy mood.Music is the best healing method to regain your lost happiness.

Practice meditation. Take a deep breath and gather all the running thoughts throughout your mind and then, erase them.

 

7. AVOID UNNECESSARY STRESS AND BE HAPPY

Don’t try to satisfy your ego.Always try to be happy.Stay calm and cool.Be happy with who you are and keep thinking that you are the best in every way you are.

 

You have to make your own happiness a priority in your life. We always try to put others’ happiness before our own and we neglect our needs.You have to value your own happiness. If you don’t then no one else will care about it.
